SHIPPING & RETURNS
All of our watchbands are sent in a sustainably sourced bamboo keepsake box and come with a silver polishing cloth and a small jar of leather cream to keep your leather strap soft, supple, and conditioned.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order details. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a second confirmation email containing information that allows you to track your order.

We always work very closely with our customers, and pride ourselves on working closely with our customers to create a one of a kind, heirloom that will be enjoyed for years to come. Due to the custom nature of each band, once finalized we will not accept returns. We will offer repairs within 6 months of sale should a situation arise where a repair is necessary.
